Straight forward interview. The questions were geared around coaching, but nothing too specific. Very informative and made me feel comfortable. It did take about a month to hear and then I was wait listed. But overall a positive experience.

Interview
There was a short assessment to show how you would answer common questions from members as well as a test to assess your knowledge of google suite and typing speed.
After that, it is a 20 minute panel interview.

How would you handle coaching asynchronously vs. live?
First, written responses to a variety of coaching scenarios, typing test, and internet capability. From there a zoom interview with two members of the leadership team. plus time to ask questions. Pretty standard process.
