Interview
Even though I did not get an offer post-onsite, my interviewing experience was fantastic. Cyrina Avila is hands-down the best recruiter I've worked with over the past 5 years! She kept in touch throughout the process and was very easily accessible. When the team had delays in getting back to me, she kept me apprised. The best part was that Cyrina reached out to me after the onsite interview to provide me detailed feedback on what I did well and what I could've done better. This is the only company I've seen do this - way better than the generic "we are unable to share feedback with you" response that every other company gives.
Everyone on my interview panel, from the hiring manager to the stakeholders, was kind, genuinely excited to learn about me, and asked thoughtful questions.
Round 1 - 45min with Hiring Manager
Round 2 - 4x 30min with Stakeholders - Eng, Design, Product, Clinical
Round 3 - 60min: Presentation (project you’ve worked on) + Q/A
Round 4 - 15min: HM follow-up call

The hiring team was extremely flexible in meeting my expedited timeline needs for the interview process. Everyone I met throughout the process was incredibly warm, and overall the entire process felt very accessible and pleasant.
It’s a pretty standard flow: HR screen, followed by time with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview that included a case study and some scenario work, followed by one other.

Interview
The interview process took about 3 weeks. It consisted of 1 screening interview with recruiter, 1 interview with hiring manager, 4-5 interviews with other Omada team members, 1 case study presentation, then reference checks.
