Before you interview with this company, do some research and go in knowing what the job actually is. I.E. door to door sales. OBC tries to dress it up with titles like 'Management trainee' and 'entry level business executive' and 'account/marketing manager', but the only job they are offering no matter the job title is 100% commissioned door to door sales for Verizon FIOS. They called me based on the resume I put on career builder, and the first interview was very basic, asking about me and what my interests were. They wouldn't answer questions about the job at this point. I was called for a second interview that night for the day after. During this interview, they were more detailed and actually gave info about the job. You sell Verizon FIOS door to door. You are paid 100% based on commission. You must use your own car to reach the sales territory in VA, DC, and MD and are not reimbursed for gas or mileage. They provide no benefits whatsoever. In addition you must report to the office in the morning for 'meetings' for which you are not paid and then sell until 8PM Monday-Saturday. I was told that after your 4 week 'entry level' period (during which you earn $200-400 a week) you could expect to earn about $600-800 a week which does not account for your gas and other expenses. If you have a bad week, you could earn nothing. After this, I had a final interview with the CEO, Yasmine, who asked more basic questions. I was offered the job, but declined because after expenses including gas and health insurance I would make almost nothing. To top it all off, after the interview I was told they were only hiring one person and I would hear by that afternoon. But, as I filled out a final questionnaire in the lobby, I heard the receptionist scheduling more interviews for the following week. I am sure they have ridiculous levels of turnover on employees. I would suggest you avoid this company, There is much better opportunity out there.
