I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Omega Law Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I saw a posting on Indeed about a IT Tech Support position so I applied. The Director of HR reached out a day later to schedule a interview through Teams. The interview was simple, they really just want to know who you are, what your experience on things, why are you looking to leave your current position, are you comfortable with going to the office every day and your salary range. I was looking for something that pays more than what they put on the job posting. I asked if this was a new position or if you're talking over for someone. She said their main IT person is working remotely now so they need someone in the office. The person reached back out the next week for a onsite interview but I got another offer from another company so I decline.
