Easy .. too easy. They just want a warm body. I asked discovery questions to learn about the company and their value but the answers were vague and unclear. I got the impression the hiring manager didn't even seem to believe their words
General overview of how the company works. Typing test with 36 wpm minimum and basic interview questions were asked. Interviewer claimed there was room for growth with this employer, they explained bonuses and raises that the company offers as well as other company benefits: sick time, leave time, retirement and heslhh to care benefits.
