I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Austin, TX) in May 2013
Interview
The initial screening interview with Human Resources was basic and led to an immediate Skype interview with the hiring manager and director of the department for which I applied. Human Resources did the third and final interview within a few days. I was offered the job within 2 weeks from the initial screening interview. Ensure you're asking questions for the answers you want to know; otherwise, details such as PTO and property-specific job responsibilities will be left out.

Question 1
All questions were your typical hotel interview questions; nothing really stood out as being difficult as long as you've practiced interviewing for a job before.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2022
Interview
First impressions are everything and telling me I needed to pay for parking for their team to meet me should’ve told me all. I went to the interview anyway I met with 4 people in one day an hour and a half long one after the other. I was not warned of this but just told I’d like you to meet *insert job title*. Hard to decline when you’re trying to receive a job from them. Luckily the meter I parked at was digital so I could extend the time. On top of this I never received any follow up or thanks for my time from my follow up emails. After some time past I followed up with the HR recruiter for a second time and received the generic copy and paste email of we’ve continued on with other candidates. Feel like I dodged a bullet with the lack of professionalism and welcomeness.

Question 1
If I called (name of one of your references), what would he/she say that you need to improve on?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Omni Hotels (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2018
Interview
Lengthy interview process that required meeting with four separate individuals. Met with the HR director, Front Office Manager, Rooms Director and General Manager. Overall not a very difficult process but you have to come prepared to answer about your experience and where you would like to go with the company.
