Group setting interviews. They ask you to fill out an application online a then do training classes about once a month. All classes are about 4 weeks with only a week ojt. Overall the interview is standard for any call center.

Once I submitted my application and resume the interview process went fairly quickly. I was offered a position on the spot at the conclusion of my interview. I have high hopes that Omni will be a great employer.
