Awkward! I don’t believe I was given a fair opportunity, the entire interview from the beginning felt judged by the interviewer... some of the question and follow up response also felt like I was being stared away. I inclusively sent a thank you email after the interview and no response.

Question 1
Why did you apply for this position? What made you apply to Omni? You are clearly over qualified for this position, Why didn’t you apply for another higher up position? Why did you leave your job 7 years ago? Where you do you see yourself in 5 years. Etc
I worked with HR mostly. First there was a phone interview which was scheduled in advance. Afterwards I was informed management would like to invite me to do an in-person interview (pre-covid). I later interviewed with the department director and lastly the Manager.
