I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at OmniGuide (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Very lengthy process. There were multiple factors with my interview process, but in all it took about 3 months from start to finish. Interviewed with a sales manager and the VP of sales in person, and had another phone interview with another sales manager.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at OmniGuide (Cambridge, MA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Detailed and showed process that was contained in two small rooms. Its a very small company. In a very small building. People asked questions and stared. In fact the people I talked too stared too much without talking. My friend interviewed there and told me the same story he felt they were staring without talking. The parking was in a paid lot that they did not reimburse you for. He got hired and stayed a month before finding a better job. He said that the job was very repetitive. I liked the company and to be honest I don't mind doing repetitive work. It seemed like a good job. But let me tell all that there is no way to tell what a potential company wants or finds important. You could come across as fully acceptable and they hire a friend of the boss. I did get a tip from a insider to send a resume but that was it. I had no clue as to what to expect. The interviewers seemed to show little in the area of personality. It was business and no smile.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at OmniGuide (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
Interview Process was long but it was worth it to get to know more about the position and company. I did not get a tour of the company, but I met with a few people and it was nice to get to know them before I was actually hired.
