3 Step interview Process. The first interview is a general interview with no case or serious prep needed. The goal is to see if you're the right fit for the positions/company. Mainly focused on questions about previous employment and expectations from possible future employment. Some research on what Omnia does and it's target markets/industries is needed. 2nd interview is a case interview 3rd interview is a fit interview
