Pathetic in one word. First enquired via telephone about personal details, ctc and expected ctc. Scheduled a technical interview.. Cleared that one. She then scheduled telephonic. Cleared that one too. She asked to come down for managerial round. Went to give that one at 2pm, to my surprise it was a technical round and was given at 4.30 .. Hr was irresponsible about the device(app had to be tested). I cleared that one too. Next was managerial again. COO denies to meet the same day. But I waited and requested to meet him the same day. Hr leaves the office at 6.30pm , mean while I was called in at 7.20pm and he was least interested in seeing the assignment. I left for the day, next day called by Hr for another Managerial round. Cleared that one too. Fun starts here----> Hr calls for previous company documents. I submit them. Next day received a mail saying " your profile cannot be taken forward, all the best for future". I was annoyed and called the Hr, ignores all calls. Next called another Hr and she took some time to understand what really happen. And what happened was really creepy ,, she said I m looking for 80% tester profile and 20% Business Analyst profile.. so you are not selected. Funny but true. I told here I am not interested in your job profile and who would be,, In the entire interview and JD the profile was software testing, the interview was related to that and later the profile changes to Business Analyst.. Madam went the candidate is there for QA role and you are interviewing for business Analyst with QA questions I dont think that's right and something utterly foolish on the company's part. Advice to management.. have some time management sessions cos ur skills suck . Remove all the quotes stuck on the walls cos none of them seemed to be followed by the company. Also the last point "Time is money and money is business " If you can't manage time you cant manage your business.. Advice to Hr and Coo. Be clear in your requirements, cos when you ordering a pizza you ll get pizza not a burger or a cake. Dont mix and match roles because you cant afford separate teams. At last I can say it was a waste of my time, money,petrol( that to travel thrice with 15km each time). Dont fall for and package shown by them, cos they cant afford even 3lc for basic, experienced roles
