First interview was nice, professional, straight forward. All of the office staff were lovely and I appreciated that they took the time to personally call me to let me know I'd made it to the next round.
However, second interview felt like a tremendous waste of time. Was told they wanted to hire a former law enforcement officer/personnel within the first few minutes of the interview. This criteria was not stated anywhere in the job description. In fact, the specific client base/accounts were not even listed. I do have cybersecurity and public sector experience as a CSM, so this was a bit like showing up to a CSM interview and getting asked why you aren't a baker. Confusing as they had my resume on file.
After this, they ghosted and I never heard from them again. Weird waste of time for all involved.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How many accounts have you managed in the past? Do you have experience working with LEO?
Very haphazard and got followed up with a month after the fact. The people are nice enough but the company seems pretty disorganized beginning with the interview process. I would avoid them personally, even current employees there will tell you things aren’t great.
