The overall process was very smooth and fast. Initial rounds were about DSA and Golang expertise. Hiring Manager round was about understanding the role's responsibilities in context of how it contributes to Omnissa's products and how my experience could play a part in it. The last, in-office, round was a combination of all the previous rounds.

Interview
Got referred in and had an initial screening. Interviewer came in looking annoyed and asked me questions completely out of my league. Talked about a project that I worked at my previous job as a Junior (with other Seniors) and expected me to completely know the ins and outs of encryption using JWTs, WSFederation, and encryption practices. Kept asking me what the issue was for us to work on this project and I explained concisely, but kept probing on very specifics seeming like he wanted to catch me off guard on the most minute details.
