I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Omnitron Systems Technology (Irvine, CA)
Interview
The interview process is straight-forward. There was an attention to detail test given at the end of the interview which was easy to pass if you take your time and read the directions.

Question 1
Previous work experience, references, how to handle difficult situations
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Omnitron Systems Technology (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Several steps, phone interview, several meetings. Opportunity to meet Managers and staff and get a feel for the environment of the company. Hardworking, serious team of people, pleasant to work with staff.
I applied online. I interviewed at Omnitron Systems Technology (Irvine, CA)
Interview
I responded to a job that the company posted on Craigslist with my resume. I received an e-mail from the Omnitron to select a date and time for a telephone interview. The telephone interview went well and about a week later I received another e-mail to select a date and time to come in for a face to face interview. I interviewed with the VP of Engineering, who was pleasant enough.
Towards the end of the interview, he asked me to take a written test in another room. This threw me off as I was never told that I would be required to take a test. The test was a combination of critical thinking skills and mathematics at a college level. It was a hard test. This was completely pointless for them to make me take this test when I'm just applying for an Administrative position. If I was applying for an Engineering position or something like that, well then...yeah, but for an Admin? I didn't finish the test but I tried really hard.
Then I gave my test to a women in Human Resources who was in the room next to me and she noticed that the test wasn't complete when I handed it to her. She then over stepped her bounds by telling me that since I didn't finish the test, that it's probably not going to work out. Bad experience and I never heard back from the company.
What a horrible thing to do to a person and potential candidate!
