20-30 minute phone called followed by a 30 minute panel interview. Then there was a hour and a half on-site interview where I was given a tour of the office/labs and learned more about their current projects. Due to funding issues I had to wait 2 months between the phone call and panel interview. However, other than that it was 2 week process.
