I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OnCue Express (Oklahoma City, OK) in Apr 2023
Interview
Simple and was quick, just availability as well location. All interviews are held at the hr department. Mine only lasted three minutes long. They from what I know have one location for all oncues.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your availability? How many hours are you looking to get? What location preferences do you have?

Interview
I have interviewed twice with this company in OKC. Never received an offer. Both times I was discriminated against for not having a car as "reliable transportation." I know this because it is basically the first and only question they ask. I was not asked any traditional interview questions and the interview itself was only 5 minutes if that. They are not accommodating for anyone that rides the bus. They dont even pay enough to have pay for the expenses a car requires. That is crazy to be turned down because they want only people with cars. So if you want a job at Oncue and dont have a car, just go ahead and lie. They also dont want any facial piercings whatever and only natural hair colors. I can maybe understand the last two, but the discrimination against your mode of transportation is crazy. Thankfully the feeling was mutual as I didn't want the job anyways because I accepted another offer. I dont want to work for a company that discriminates like that. I guess they want to be able to send you to different stores at any moments' notice. I also think they don't hire people that request to work at specific locations. All hiring goes through the corporate office so the person who interviews you doesn't even know what location is actually hiring.
They ask about your work history availability and what areas you’d prefer to work in
Not really an interview just a screening based off of what is best for the company
