I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OnceHub (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Jun 2020
Interview
There were multiple interviews, starting with an introductory interview with the HR, moving to technical and assessment interviews with the Team Lead, Manager and department Director.
The interviews were scheduled and conducted online via Video Conferencing. The interviewers were courteous and prepared, and asked relevant technical and scenario based assessment questions.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to see you felt the interviewers were courteous, prepared, and asked relevant technical and assessment questions. We hope that you enjoy your position and grow your career with us over the coming years. Thank you again for your feedback.
The most unprofessional Interview experience I have ever had.
Interview was scheduled with the hiring manager and he didn't show up. Next time it was rescheduled and just an hour back it was cancelled by stating he is stuck with some high priority issue. The third time the interviewer again didn't show up when I informed this to HR the interviewer came after 30 mins.

Question 1
He was expecting the candidate to know in depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Azure, Code Pipeline and willing to work in Night Shifts with less salary.
Please acknowledge the time of experienced candidates, People are not sitting idle. If the role is closed do inform the candidate rather than wasting their time.
Thank you for providing feedback on your interview process. I am sorry to hear you had this experience. We have various roles open across India (the globe). As with most other companies, we continue recruiting until we have a signed offer letter then we close the role. When this happens, we try to honor the interviews already arranged in case something falls through. If we need to cancel the interview, we are open and honest. We find transparency with candidates is important so all involved understand the timing and next steps. Regarding not showing up for an interview, this is simply not acceptable. We know that things can come up at the last minute but the interviewer is ultimately responsible for ensuring a back-up is identified. I spoke to the employees involved and worked with the Director of Engineering to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Thanks again for your feedback.
