Fair interview process. Managers seemed transparent and open about what the company does and how their respective groups helps meet objectives. I was interviewed in front of a panel in their Fort Worth office.

First interview came after meeting with two oncor employees at my schools career fair. I received a call the following day requesting to set up an interview the next day. The interview was with the same employees from the career fair, where they asked a series of questions, mainly behavioral. Overall, the interview was laid back and not crazy. I did receive a call to set up another interview at the main office.
