It took me 6 months. The interviews are very process oriented but very well designed - most rigorous I have ever come across. I went through the process twice because the opening I applied for originally closed before they could fly me in for final interview. The final interview is meant to test you under extreme conditions and is a very elaborate 3-5 day exercise.

i applied online and received the first response in 2 weeks. I had 2 phone interviews so far. The first was basic behavior questions similar to consulting type interviews and also is clued a case. The second was short and included shorter scenario type questions. The third was a timed exercise
