Had usual call with recruiter with went OK. Couldn't answer some of my questions but fair enough. Mentioned offline tech test which I agreed to do. On the tech test first one wasn't hard. I felt that I met everything but their "assessor" performed some unusual test and failed me. I was given a second chance which was a harder test about prime numbers. I again I felt I did enough to warrant a chat but the assessor just failed me. At this point they did not move me forward. Their process is flawed as their offline tech test does not mention that you will be failed unless you meet 100% of their requirements.

Initial phone screen by HR followed up by a request to submit a small utility project. Next stage was a video call based technical test. Finally a face to face meeting.
