she asked could I handle inbound and outbound calls and use of heavy emails

Its pretty straightforward and easy, they give you a call and then select which department you will be going to. I got into physical therapy department and its amazing, all the supervisors and the manager are incredible and im very happy with them.
It was an In person interview. The hiring Manager/ Recruiter at the time asked your common/ Basic interview questions with some scenarios. He offered the position after the interview so there was no wait time in finding out the outcome.
