Interview process was good, went through two out of the three step interview. Interviewer broke down the role and did not try to hide anything. After the 2nd interview I realized I was not cut out for this type of work and decided not to continue.
I applied online. I interviewed at One Pacific Financial Strategies (Portland, OR)
Interview
Had a 30 minute Zoom first interview with one of the partners. It was pretty laid back feeling but still professional. Answered all my questions about the differences between a financial analyst and a financial advisor at their company. After this I was told that they were looking for more of an advisor and I was personally more interested in the analyst position.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at One Pacific Financial Strategies (Irvine, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
This was the first interview. It was a zoom call where basically they just gauge whether you would be a good fit for the position, like measuring whether you're good with people or whether you are a risktaker. Then the rest was just informational stuff regarding how they provide their services.
