Stars with a group screening on Zoom with the head guy where he gives you the spiel on how the company, job, and bonus systems work. Then you schedule a one-on-one interview with a contracted interviewer from another charity network. Incredibly easy, whole process was less than a week depending on when you scheduled your one-on-one.

Given the nature of the job, they ask you how you'll deal with the natural stress and/or frustration of being ignored or even berated by strangers. Fair question for such a position.
