The hiring process at One & Only Resorts takes an average of 10 days when considering 1 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Marketing Executive had the quickest hiring process (on average 10 days), whereas Marketing Executive roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 10 days).
The process takes long sometimes over months . Also, they had more than just 1-2 interviews. What they offered at the interview and what their past employees told were not matching
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at One & Only Resorts (Vasilikón, Western Greece) in Jan 2025
Interview
applied for a Job through their website, as the position seemed tailored to my experience. The initial process was slow after applying, it took 12 business days for them to contact me via email to schedule a video interview, which was set for five days later.
The first interview lasted 45 minutes, but I received no feedback afterward. I had to send multiple follow-up emails before they finally responded eight days later, inviting me for a second interview. The second interview, with another manager, lasted 35 minutes, and once again, I was left in the dark.
It has now been 14 days since my second interview, and despite my follow-ups, the company has completely ignored my emails and provided no response. I understand that not every candidate will get the job, but leaving applicants in limbo with zero communication is highly unprofessional. A simple "Thank you, but we are moving forward with other candidates" would have been sufficient.
Companies should respect candidates’ time and efforts by being transparent and maintaining basic communication. If this is how they treat applicants, I can only imagine how they treat employees.
Would not recommend applying if you value professionalism and respect in a hiring process.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at One & Only Resorts (Singapore) in Jun 2020
Interview
First, I was contacted by the HR based in Dubai to arrange for a call with the hiring manager in Singapore. It was a video call for both. It was normal interview nothing out of the ordinary.
