As the company is so large and like every job spec... vague to say the least, it was an underwhelming progression in the process. For a sales role you would imagine being able to hold a conversation, relationship build and deliver commercially viable results would not depend on if you knew how old someone's uncle is if his sons, brothers, dog was half his age 5 years ago. Ridiculous way to shortlist potential candidates as know many wouldn't even bother.
