3 rounds, lots of talk about culture. Felt interviews were helpful in deciding if I world new a good for for the office, more than skill based. I have experience in the field and was pleased with how they presented the job.
Interview was pretty thorough, I was recruited by a firm, then I had three interviews after that. All in all the process took about 3 weeks, but It was also during a very busy time of year.
While we're sorry you decided this wasn't the right role for you, I'm glad to hear you had a positive experience. Best of luck in finding your right next step in your career journey.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OneDigital (Berwyn, PA) in Sept 2024
Interview
I was initially contacted through LinkedIn by a recruiter who reached out about the opportunity. There was an initial phone call with the recruiter discussing my background and role. After that interview, I was invited to a virtual interview. The virtual interview focused on my experience and how I would fit with the team. Following that, there was a more in-depth in-person interview at the officer, where I met with several team members. It was after the in-office interview that I received an offer of employment.
