I had a total of 5 interviews that were broken up between the recruiter, hiring manager and different members of the team. Everyone was great and I could tell all were very invested in not only finding someone for the role but also in making sure that I felt heard and understood in the process. Overall, a very positive and smooth process!

First was an intro call, then a behavioral assessment that will tell them how to work with you if you get hired. Then another assessment called the "predictive index" that they use to qualify or disqualify candidates in the interview process. One day before my second call I received a generic email saying "Thanks for applying, but we are moving with a different candidate." without taking to me at all. This is really disappointing because this company has great reviews here on Glassdoor.
