I applied on indeed and was pleased to hear back rather promptly. I interviewed initially over the phone with a recruiter who was very friendly and informative and was scheduled for an in-person interview about a week after. Finding parking was a nightmare but the in person interview wasn’t too rigorous.

Interview
It was a phone screen and a in-person on site interview with the HR Director. Accepted the offer at first because they based on my experience with sales. Declined after seeing that you have to go to the office 5 days a week.
It was only one round of interviews and I did mine over Zoom. The process itself was fairly quick and just consisted of a couple behavioral questions. They mainly wanted to see if you were a good fit for a sales role.

They will literally hire anyone. As long as you can pass the state health insurance exam you’re in. That should have been the first red flag. They’ll interview you and then show you around the office I don’t think they turn anyone away.
