Interviewing manager was new at this obviously... acted like he was hiring someone to work for a Wall St organization which obviously this is not. The “ District Manager” came off like a complete jerk I’m assuming he was attempting to be intimidating, which he was not. Recently took a “ cologne bath” I could barely breathe....

The old “ tell me about a time..” obviously from some website or interview guide.
I got the feeling the interviewer was a “ pretender”.... not being who he really was during the interview process. I have spoken to current employees afterwards, and they said I “ hit the nail on the head”. They “ sell you a dream” but winds up being overworked and underpaid. Every single one said the “ easy to earn bonus” was virtually unattainable due to delinquency percentages that are NEVER reached.

Interview
Put in an application, and within a few days I got a call. The call was more like an informal interview with a few questions around my resume. When the call was almost over got invited to an in person interview with a Branch Manager, and District Manager. Questions were that of the STAR method. I got a call back later that day with a formal offer.
