laid back interview process.. i first met with the branch manager at the branch that i would be working at. he seemed cool and a bit nervous- he had a list of interview question that he kept referencing which made for an awkward interview. Next i waited about a week and heard from the branch manager that i would be meeting with the district manager at another branch. this interview was much more relaxed and conversational. he basically just told me about the nature of the job and explained springleaf's position in the market place. I basically was told i had the job on the spot and started 2 weeks later after background and reference checks.

1st interview on phone with recruiter. Then you wait a week to be called to schedule a face to face interview with District Manager. Had to drive over an hour to his location to interview.

Interview
First was called with a very scripted phone interview. Very easy.
Then was asked to come in to the branch I was applying for an hour long interview with branch manager. Also very scripted. Read from a packet of paper. Easy questions.
Within an hour of getting home I received an email asking to have another interview at a branch an hour away next week.

I applied online through Glassdoor. I had the branch manager schedule an interview. We made some small talk and then she pulled out an interview sheet. Our conversation diverged from the interview question below to what I had to offer for the company and my sales background. We talked for close to two hours.
