The process was fairly standard. An Admin Assistant reached out to schedule a Zoom interview.
In the first round, I met with one person for about 10 minutes who would be my direct manager. He worked remotely out of California. I then met with their 3rd Party Services Manager Provider Partner for about 20 minutes since this role would have a lot of collaboration with them.
For the second round, the same Admin Assistant coordinated the interview, and I had two separate remote interviews with the CEO and CFO. Each interview lasted around 45 minutes. The interviews were recorded using AI, and I was provided with a copy afterward. This was helpful for me to see where I could improve my interview skills and also allowed the interviewers to review internally.
