3 step process as of 2020 - interview with recruiter, hiring manager, then VP of department. each interviewer was very friendly asked follow up questions when they needed more clarity.

Was contacted by their Corporate Recruiter after they found my profile online. Within a day I was setup with a interview to meet with the hiring manager. The interview process was very thorough to where the hiring manager gave a great description of the role, the culture and the training to success. My application process, background and drug test process was all online which was nice, didn't have to fill out any application. That was a huge time saver.

Do you thrive in a structured environment or changing one?
Standard interview process with basic behavioral questions as well as a few questions regarding background. I believe it was two rounds, where the second round was with current team members.

Interview
Recruiters are thorough and treat you like a human being. I was informed of the interview process (it is quick but thorough), the organization, received timely feedback and was treated with a high level of respect. Interviews with the hiring team are with peers as well as leadership. Honest answers to challenging questions.
