I completed a phone screen with an interviewer who, similar to a candidate earlier this week, attempted to talk me down from senior after the call started. After I insisted on remaining in the senior pipeline, we discussed comp and my range was about average for a Sr. DS role, but "we are way off" lol.
This comes in addition to what sounded like the interviewer doing other household tasks while I was talking through my experience.
Highly unprofessional, don't waste your time.

Interviewer cancelled. Was interviewed by another person and told it went well. Then I was passed to original flaky interviewer (different day)-- they asked identical questions and then decided I wasn't "senior" enough. This is all before even giving you a technical test. Waste of time. In general, Reify Health is flaky and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.

Interviewer was NO SHOW for the 45 mins interview and didn't send any apology. This company has to respect job applicants as we have to book the time for the meeting.
