Started with a telephone interview with the in-house specialist for the position I applied for, followed by a face to face interview with two senior descion-makers, before a final interview with the CEO.

Any questions were specific to the job requirements and the role I was hiring for, rather than those HR style questions, such as "Tell me about the last time a co-worker or customer got angry with you. What happened?" or "Describe your dream job".
