Oneself Marketing interview questions

Oneself reached out to me and invited me for an interview. I spoke with a very friendly HR Assistant. The call lasted a few minutes, it was the preliminary interview. Next day I went to their office. Once there I didn't really know what to make of it. The office looked quite poor and unprofessional. The HR manager was handing out forms to fill in, where they asked about previous salaries and if the applicant had a working vehicle. The interview was conducted by a young associate, who clearly didn't know much how to interview candidates. Basically, they do direct sales for CenturyLink.

3 rounds interview, all in office. Followed by day of shadowing for 10 hours (called "training") unpaid. Asked about strengths and weaknesses, past jobs and your likes/dislikes. Very easy interview for company that does door to door sales for centurylink. Pay is commission based. Wouldn't recommend this company as it is a waste of your time.
