Premier entretien téléphonique avec la RH pendant lequel un rendez vous à été convenu pour un face à face avec le futur manager.
Entretiens agréables que ce soit au téléphone ou en physique, personnes attentives aux besoins du candidat et à ses envies et aspirations. Explications claires du contexte, parlant des points positifs de l’entreprise mais aussi d’autres points l’étant un peu moins, ce qui permet de se faire une vraie idée de ce qui nous attends.

3 entretiens de pré-embauche en physique + 1 téléphonique.
Dans l'ordre le futur manager puis les RH puis à nouveau le futur manager et enfin le DSI qui a finaliser la négociation sur le salaire.

Interview
The selection process was quite fast, it took 2 weeks. First the recruiter called me, it was a basic interview with my background and education. The second interview was with the Project Manager when we went through some real life situation problems. The third interview was with the Finance Manager because I was hired in the Finance Department. Third interview was basically about my interests, motivations and goals.
