The interview process involves multiple rounds and requires significant time and effort from candidates. However, even after successfully clearing all rounds, there is no proper communication regarding the offer status. There are delays in rolling out offers, and follow-ups through calls, messages, or emails often go unanswered. It would be appreciated if the organization improves transparency and communication with candidates.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Onix (Lakewood, OH) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter in early February 2018. I made it through the entire interview process, which consisted of 7 45-60 minute interviews (yes, 7). I was asked no technical questions until the very last interview. I was asked to make a commit to a current GitHub project and then contact them to discuss the following Monday. Later that same day (after I started working on the commit) I was sent a rejection email explaining they didn't think I had enough experience. It took 7 interviews for them to determine this. The interview process was the most unprofessional I've ever been through, and was a huge waste of time.
A heads up to any future interviewees. I was told the company was split between older employees and newer employees (before a merge). The older employees had a 32 hour work week, while the new employees were expected to work more than 40 hours a week.
Stay away from this company if you can.
Depends on the person, but I found it to be pretty easy. Asked basic questions about my knowledge and experience. Didn't get an assessment or take home assignment. Just be yourself and you will be fine.
