First stage is assessment centre, if they like you, you will be invited to a second interview and complete a psychometric test. You will be informed of the outcome after you submit the test.

Interview
The interview process from start to finish was excellent. I didn't have to wait too long in between each phone call/email. There were a few steps involved with the interview process, however it all ran smoothly.
