Onsite Workshops interview questions

First, I completed a video introduction with Spark Hire. I basically recorded an introduction and answered a few questions. There was no do-overs. This took about twenty minutes. Next, I was given an assignment due within 48 hours of being received. I completed that within the timeline. Lastly, I was invited to a Zoom interview with three VPs. Only one of them showed up to the interview and seemed extremely disinterested. She was checking her phone constantly throughout the interview. It seemed clear to me that someone had already been selected for the position and they continued with my interview as a courtesy.
