I applied online. I interviewed at Ontario Ombudsman (Toronto, ON)
Interview
-Given fact pattern and must identify issues and resolution
-Placed in room with other candidates
-Was fairly long process at their downtown office
-Was fairly comparable to job description and requirements
Just like a normal test, you are given a laptop and left in a room with other job applicants. Timed test.
After the test, there was no update and maybe its just for those that were successful and passed.

Application
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Ontario Ombudsman (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Substantive legal questions/issues across two rounds. Very professional with instructions on how to prepare and conduct during interviews. First round conducted with several other candidates. Second round virtual with a panel. Significant delays providing an update after the event / often met with complete silence. Once you pass the first round you are in a 'pool' with other candidates for the next time they advertise for this position (which occurs every few months) though it seems as if they continuously re-advertise without actually considering past candidates.
