pretty straight forward - first call with recruiter, second call with hiring manager, 3rd call is a presentation of biggest win + biggest loss, 4th call is with the head of the department. would say the 3rd call is the only one that's technical
I applied online. I interviewed at Ontra (New York, NY)
Interview
The process was organized and points of contact were easily reachable and responsive. Standard BDR interview with behavioral, followed by mock cold call. All indications were positive following each stage but was simply told they went with other candidates. The lack of feedback or explanation is frustrating but the team was kind and seems like a good place to work.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ontra in Feb 2026
Interview
The interview process was very clear. I originally applied for a different position that I wasn't selected for. Rightfully so, it was only adjacent to my skill set. They reached back out to me when the Salesforce Admin position opened up. I spoke with HR for a screening then interviewed with the hiring manger. Next round was a technical interview with the hiring manager and adjacent team leader. Then a panel interview with two adjacent team members that I would be collaborating with. And finally a company values meeting with the hiring manager's manager. Everyone was super nice and informative during the whole process. I knew exactly what to expect. No overly difficult or trick questions. They generally wanted to see if I was a good fit for them and vice versa.
