The interview process consisted of two rounds.
The first round was an HR interview, where I walked through my background, gave a brief self-introduction, and discussed my visa status and salary expectations.
I then progressed to the second round, which was a technical and behavioural interview conducted jointly by the business team, HR, and the technical team. In this round, I was asked about my experience in the payments domain, and I also answered several behavioural questions. The interview focused on how I communicate complex technical concepts in a simple way, how I collaborate with different teams, and how I approach problem-solving in a project environment.
