Opa! interview questions

I received a call from one of the managers to come in and interview with her specifically. I arrived the next day and was told by the hostess that the manager was not coming in that day. A different woman walked by minutes later and said I would be meeting with her. About two minutes into the interview, I realized that she didn't know what position I was interviewing for. She then proceeded to tell me they aren't even hiring bartenders at this time. She left to talk to someone else and then sent the bar manager over. He informed me that they are hiring, leaving me more than confused. By that point, I had no idea why I had been invited in for an interview. It was the most unprofessional and unorganized interview I had ever experienced.
