I had a round with HR followed by written test which then was followed up with small training at the end of which was an assessment. Then final interview was with an operations manager

There were set of interview where first there was aptitude test of 50 marks of which you have to clear minimum of 35 for the next round . The next round will be of 15 marks and to clear that minimum of 10 is needed .

it was very good. they asked for my employment history and where I see myself in five years, gave me a brief of career scope if I joined the organization. emphasized that they focus on employee development, satisfaction and engagement.
