There wasn't much of an interview, it was more of a test. They give you all the information you need and then make you teach a class along with another applicant teacher.

The most difficult part was just the mock-teaching session, as we have the information that tells us what to do, but it is our first time.

At the time, grueling. There was a certification process, complete with mock teaching and tests that had to be passed in order to move on to the next step. I am not sure about what the process is like now, as this was over 4 years ago.
