Open House Network interview questions

Very simple, one day process. I was interviewed by the owner of the company who was very pleasant. She told me about how she and her parents started the company and it was quite impressive. I asked her what the policy was on studying while on the job. No problem so long as you don't use laptops. Books, smart phones and tablets are allowed

Met personally with CEO Marna Heresz on a day when she was interviewing multiple applicants. She was very professional, asked pertinent questions & listed attentively to my answers. Great sense of humor & empathy! Answered my questions thoughtfully & without hesitation. It was certainly one of the best interview experiences I have had. Went from morning interview to afternoon training session, again with Ms. Heresz. Very sharp CEO.
