I was called by an HR representative. Then we arranged a formal interview with a manager. Then I had a serie of 3 calls with different people from the company in order to evaluate my technical and interpersonnal skills.

Did you ever had to deal with a difficult customer? How did you deal with the situation?
The process has a long waiting period of three - six months so patience needs to be there. There is less options for follow ups. But would get rewarded based on performance.
