OpenEye Scientific Software interview questions

The initial interview with the hiring manager went really well. And I thought that the entire seminar + 8 30 min interview process was smooth. However, I did not appreciate how the hiring manager did not respond to my emails when I had questions. Instead, they responded in the email thread with a really blasé rejection. I thought that was really unprofessional to do, even if they weren't going to give me an offer letter. My other concern is that the company demographics is rather skewed towards white men, which could make some people uncomfortable or hesitant to bring up issues.

Mostly conversational. They asked about school work and my experiences programming and such. They asked about my experiences with some of the technologies they use and about my working style.
