I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at OpenGate Capital (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Multiple Rounds during not so convenient hours. 5+ months of the job is open on hold etc.. they focus on culture but this type of interview process I felt was a red flag and really questioned what type of people would keep multiple candidates waiting to hear back for weeks at a time. Not somewhere I would want to work. Can’t say no offer because still waiting, Not!
