Interview
Regular prescreening interview about candidate experience, company and position. Nothing special, almost everything you can see in a job preparing material. No tough or provoking quesitons. Decline email is a template without details.
The first step is the intro interview and after that comes the first technical (really nice structured, we were mostly talking about how to solve different problems). The next step is coding challenge (based on test driven development) and another interview after that.
